Positive Living Housing Program provides independent housing to persons with AIDS. Participants locate their own housing and receive a subsidy to assist with rent payments paying approximately 30 percent of their monthly household income directly to the landlord and Action Wellness pays the rest of the rent. The program ensures that rent and utilities are paid on time.
