Rape Counselors of East Alabama (RCEA) is dedicated to providing 24-hour free and confidential services to victims of sexual assault, their families, and friends. Their services include a 24-hour crisis hotline, medical and criminal justice advocacy, crisis counseling, support groups, and referrals to counseling partners. RCEA also focuses on prevention education and community outreach to eliminate all forms of sexual violence in the community.
