The San Luis Valley Animal Center, operated by the Dumb Friends League, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to ending pet homelessness and animal suffering in the San Luis Valley region of Colorado

The center offers a range of services to support the community and its animals.

• Lost and Found Services: Assisting in reuniting lost pets with their families through a comprehensive database and on-site support.

The center operates in partnership with the city of Alamosa and Alamosa County, taking in and housing lost cats and dogs.
