The Space is a drop-in center operated by New Day Youth and Family Services in Albuquerque, New Mexico, dedicated to supporting youth aged 16 to 22. It offers a safe and welcoming environment where young individuals can access various resources, including computers with internet access, a lounge area, basic necessities like hygiene products and seasonal clothing, a kitchen for meal preparation, and lockers for personal belongings. The center also provides life skills classes, resource navigation for housing and employment, peer support, and weekly activities such as boxing, music, art, and movie nights. The Space is open from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m., Tuesday through Friday.
